Sophie Tribe

Sophie Tribe is the General Manager of Ropeology, bringing a rich blend of experience and a passion for inclusivity to her role. Raised in Ocean Grove and having spent much of her life in Geelong for her schooling and university studies, Sophie has a deep connection to the local community where she currently resides.

Her career spans a variety of industries, from her roles as a second-in-charge and dermal therapist at a cosmetic clinic in Sydney to managing her own catering and hospitality business along the breathtaking Great Ocean Road. This diverse background has equipped her with a unique skill set and perspective that enriches her leadership at Ropeology.

As a neurodivergent individual, Sophie is dedicated to promoting inclusion and accessibility, striving to create an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered. She thrives on collaborating with a diverse range of people and believes that different perspectives foster innovation.

Outside of work, Sophie is a passionate supporter of the Western Bulldogs. She enjoys creating art and loves spending time in nature, often traveling with her partner, Patrick, and their dog, Poppy. With a focus on community connection and creativity, Sophie is excited to contribute to the ongoing success of Ropeology.
